Where can I find my gift card purchased in-store?

店内购买的gift card，在哪可以查看gift card？

Your gift card details will be sent via text message on the same day as the purchase confirmation.

在手机短信里，应该在当日下单以后就会收到短信，短信通知购买成功。

 

What if the SMS link shows a 404 error?

短信链接点开是404，还能用吗？

The link is for checking gift card balance. Some accounts may experience temporary issues opening the link, but this doesn’t affect the use of the gift card.

 

短信链接只是gift card balance，现在部分账号可能出现故障无法正常打开查询，snackpass正在修复中，大部分的客人能够打开这个网页。打不开这个网页并不会影响gift card正常使用。

What if the kiosk doesn't accept the gift card?

Please ensure you’ve entered your phone number correctly. After submission, a prompt will appear asking if you’d like to join SMS notifications. Tap ‘Add Me’ to activate your gift card.

 

请检查是否正确输入电话号码，提交电话号码后会出现一个页面询问是不是要加入短信通知，一定要点“add me”，gift card才能使用。

What if the system cannot detect a valid gift card despite correct information?

如果您确认购买了Gift Card，也没有输错电话号码，但点单系统就是无法读取到您的Gift Card。

Why doesn’t the balance increase after purchasing multiple gift cards?

购买多张gift card，但balance不变？

 

The system processes one gift card at a time. The next card will be activated only after the first is used up. For further assistance, customers can contact customer support.

 

系统中的Gift Card余额不会叠加，需要用完一张，下一张礼品卡才出现。如果您实在想要确认自己账号有多少张 gift cards。请和服务人员反应此情况并告知电话号码，后台将联系您处理。您也可以直接联系后台处理。
